Overuse Injuries
As the name suggests, overuse injuries occur because of repetitive strain on the body. These classically build over time, but occasionally have a sudden onset associated with it. Think of the straw that broke the camel's back. Treatment plans not only include helping the injured tissue heal, but also exploring areas around the injury that contributed to the extra strain. When all components are considered, you can bounce back and return to your activities safely.
